The following terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of California, without giving any effect to conflict of law principles thereof. Each provision and/or term set forth in this agreement shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law and any invalid, unlawful or unenforceable term or provision shall be deemed replaced by a term or provision that is valid and enforceable.
The following terms and conditions may occasionally be updated by Hero Home Products, Inc. without any prior notice to you. Use of this site or any other Hero Home Products, Inc. site constitutes full agreement and acceptance of any modification to these terms and/or conditions.
Return Policy
All products sold on HeroPetBeds.com are 100% bespoke to your specifications and tailor made to order, therefore we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any of our products. Considering HeroPetBeds.com is an online only store, we do not have the ability to resell custom made or made to order items.
Limited Warranty
HeroPetBeds.com is proud to offer a 90-day limited warranty on all of our products. The 90 limited warranty begins on the date of shipment.
HeroPetBeds.com warrants that our pet beds and other pet products sold will be free from any defects in material and workmanship if used under normal usage and conditions. The word “defects” as used in this warranty is defined as manufacturing imperfections which impair the use and utility of the product. The sole judgement of HeroPetBeds.com will be final as to all matters concerning the condition, cause and nature of product defects.
The warranty does not cover products affected by abuse, chewing, digging, scratching, misuse, neglect, vandalism, improper cleaning, lack of maintenance, expansion or shrinkage after delivery. Should any materials or workmanship prove defective within the 90-day period, HeroPetBeds.com will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, the defective products or parts. This warranty is not transferable to any third party and applies only to the original purchaser. This warranty expressly excludes any products used in a commercial setting and any products using C.O.M. (Customers Own Material) fabrics.
Manufacturing Times
HeroPetBeds.com advertises an approximate lead time to produce any and all of our custom-made pet beds. The advertised lead time is based on the current average required for manufacturing of all of our products from the date of order until shipment. The lead time is subject to change without any prior notification. Please note that the lead time is an approximation and does not include the shipping time. If you request a change or there is a hold placed on your order, the lead time will begin once the changes and/or hold will be verified by the customer via email and will be based on the current advertised lead time. In addition, any order that requires a template or any order using C.O.M. (customers own material), the lead time will begin once HeroPetBeds.com receives the template or C.O.M. fabric.
Size Tolerance
Please note that finished products will be made within the following tolerances:
A) All pet beds made using DuPont Dacron, Polyurethane foam or Dry Fast Foam filling within +/- one-half of an inch (1/2”) of the dimensions ordered (width, depth and thickness)
B) All pet beds made using polyester fiberfill within +/- two inches (2”) of the dimensions ordered (width, depth and thickness)
C) Thickness on all waterfall/knife edge pet beds to be correct as ordered and within +/- one-half of an inch (1/2”) when measuring the overall thickness of the pet bed
D) Thickness on all boxed style pet beds to be correct as ordered and within +/- one-half of an inch (1/2”) when measuring from seam to seam, not overall thickness of the pet bed
E) All pet blankets within +/- two inches (2”) of the dimensions ordered (width and depth)
HeroPetBeds.com Obligations
HeroPetBeds.com is obligated to use the correct fabric the customer has chosen
HeroPetBeds.com is obligated to use the correct trimming type and fabric/color the customer has chosen
HeroPetBeds.com is obligated to make the correct style of pet bed the customer has chosen
HeroPetBeds.com is obligated to use the correct fill type the customer has chosen
HeroPetBeds.com is obligated to creating a finished product within the following tolerances:
A) All pet beds made using DuPont Dacron, Polyurethane foam or Dry Fast Foam filling within +/- one-half of an inch (1/2”) of the dimensions ordered (width, depth and thickness)

Customer Obligations
Customer is responsible for ordering their product in the correct fabric. HeroPetBeds.com is not responsible if the customer does not like the fabric color, style, texture, design, etc. We strongly suggest ordering a fabric sample prior to purchasing to ensure that you like the fabric you will ultimately select.
Customer is responsible for ordering their product in the correct style. HeroPetBeds.com is not responsible if the customer does not like the type or style of the product ordered.
Customer is responsible for ordering their product with the correct trims or lack of trim. HeroPetBeds.com is not responsible if the customer does not like the fabric color, style, texture, design, etc. of the trim they select. We suggest ordering a fabric sample prior to purchasing to ensure that you like the fabric you will ultimately select for the trim.
Customer is responsible for ordering their product with the correct filling material. HeroPetBeds.com is not responsible if the customer does not like the selected filling material.
Customer is responsible for ordering their product in the correct sizes. HeroPetBeds.com is not responsible if the customer does not like the sizes if the order is made correctly and according to the customers specifications.
Customers are obligated to follow the measuring guide provided on this web site to obtain the proper measurements required to manufacture your product correctly. HeroPetBeds.com is not responsible for orders the customer thinks is incorrect because they ordered using measuring guides that are not provided by this website.
Customers are obligated to check packages for shipping damages prior to opening and notify HeroPetBeds.com within two (2) business days or receipt.
Customers are obligated to send us the correct yardage of fabric as required if deciding to use C.O.M. (Customers Own Material). Customers who have placed an order for a pet bed made by C.O.M. will have thirty (30) days to send HeroPetBeds.com their C.O.M. fabric. After the thirty (30) days, HeroPetBeds.com reserves the right to cancel the order and charge a $30 cancellation processing fee.
Customers ordering pet beds by template are obligated to send us a template made according to our instructions. Orders made by customer template will be cut and made to the exact sizes and shape of the template sent. Please note that templates sent to us become the property of HeroPetBeds.com and will not be returned. HeroPetBeds.com does not accept pet bed shells as a template. Customers who have placed an order for a pet bed made by template will have thirty (30) days to send HeroPetBeds.com their template. After the thirty (30) days, HeroPetBeds.com reserves the right to cancel the order and charge a $30 cancellation processing fee.
Defective Products
HeroPetBeds.com is obligated to correct any mistakes that we make if we do not correctly make your pet bed according to your specifications, provided that:
A) You notify HeroPetBeds.com within five (5) business days of receiving the product
B) You send us any requested pictures, in a timely manner, showing the issue at hand
C) You acknowledge that HeroPetBeds.com reserves the right to rework or replace the product at our sole discretion
D) You make the product packed and available for pickup by a shipping company of our choosing
E) Products that are brought back to us for a rework must arrive back to us in brand new, unused condition. This means no stains, pet hair, odors, etc.
Order Holds
Customers who have placed their order on hold will have thirty (30) days to resume their order. After the thirty (30) day hold, HeroPetBeds.com reserves the right to cancel the order and charge a $30 cancellation processing fee.
Order Changes
If you need to make a change to your order, we must be notified immediately. We must be notified of any changes within one (1) business day from the date of order. Because your order is custom made to order, we are unable to make any changes to your order after one (1) business day due to the custom nature of our products.
Cancellation Policy
HeroPetBeds.com accepts cancellations within one (1) business day from the date of order. Due to our lightning fast processing procedures, your order begins the manufacturing process after 1 business day. Once your order begins the manufacturing process, we will be unable to cancel or change your order due to the custom nature of our products.
Fabric Images
While Hero Pet Beds strives to give you the most accurate representation of our products and fabrics, fabric images can vary in color from the actual fabric. This is due to several factors including, but not limited to: monitor settings, variations in lighting, monitor quality and device capabilities. Hero Pet Beds strongly suggests ordering fabric samples prior to purchase. Please note that Hero Pet Beds strongly suggests purchasing fabric samples prior to placing your order. Hero Pet Beds is not responsible if the customer is unhappy with the fabric they have ordered if the order was made correctly and to all customer supplied order information.
Product Images
Hero Pet Beds utilizes cutting edge computer generated images for our products. These computer generated images are solely meant to serve as an example of what your pet bed will resemble and are not actual photographs of any items you will be receiving. Please note that all product images are the property of Hero Home Products, Inc. and cannot be copied, altered, used for commercial use or reverse engineered without the prior written consent of Hero Home Products, Inc.
Filling Materials
While we do offer several high quality, furniture grade filling materials, HeroPetBeds.com is not responsible for any products that the customer deems not comfortable or not comfortable enough. This is due to the subjective nature of comfort from person to person or pet to pet.
Product Lines
HeroPetBeds.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to add, discontinue or change any pricing, product or product line without any prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to pricing, pet bed types, pet bed styles, sizes offered, fill types, options, fabric types, fabric styles, blankets and pillows.
Product Listings
While HeroPetBeds.com does strive to give you the most accurate representations of all of our products, we are unable to guarantee that all products and product listings are 100% accurate. HeroPetBeds.com is not responsible for any descriptive, typographical, technical, informational, photographical, price or any other error on our web site. HeroPetBeds.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel and/or refuse any order that HeroPetBeds.com deems to have been ordered with a product containing any one of these errors.
Sales Tax
California Law obligates HeroPetBeds.com to charge sales tax on any and all orders shipping to the state of California. Please note that the sales tax charged will be based on the current sales tax rate for Los Angeles County, California.
Shipping
HeroPetBeds.com ships most orders via FedEx ground and the United States Postal Service (USPS). On larger orders, we may have to ship via LTL truck carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Please note that we are unable to ship to any P.O. Box.
Signature Requirement
HeroPetBeds.com does not require a signature for delivery. However, shipping companies, at their own discretion, might require an adult signature confirmation for delivery.
Unique Delivery Arrangements
HeroPetBeds.com cannot make any special delivery arrangements for the customer. If the customer wants any special delivery arrangements, the customer must contact the shipping company directly and request the arrangements once the order has shipped. Please note that there might be a fee involved with any special delivery arrangements you request directly with the shipping company. HeroPetBeds.com is not responsible for any additional fees nor guarantees any special delivery arrangements a customer makes with the shipping company.
Change of Shipping Address
If a customer wants to change the delivery address of an order after it has been shipped, there will be an address correction/redelivery fee. This fee is normally $12, depending on where the order will be rerouted to.
Shipping Delays
On occasion and for reasons outside the control of HeroPetBeds.com and/or the shipping companies, shipment delivery may be delayed. These incidents may include, but are not limited to natural disasters, inclement weather, accidents, etc. These situations cannot be controlled or contained by any of the parties involved and you agree to relieve Hero Pet Beds and the shipping company of any liability involved in the delay of the shipment.
Shipping Damage
If you received a product that was damaged during shipping, we must be notified immediately. Customers are obligated to check packages for shipping damages prior to opening and notify HeroPetBeds.com within two (2) business days or receipt. In addition, customers are required to keep any and all packaging materials. Pictures of both the damage product as well as the packaging are required in order to file a damage claim with the third party shipping company. If the customer refuses or does not send the requested information and/or pictures in a timely manner, the claim will not be processed and closed.
Storage Fees
HeroPetBeds.com is not responsible for any additional storage or shipping fees due to a customer not being reachable to schedule or receive delivery using the contact information provided to us.
Shipping Call Tags
HeroPetBeds.com will issue a call tag with FedEx within three (3) business days to pick up any order that we deem was made incorrectly. Once a call tag has been issued, you will be notified by email or phone. Call tags are usually picked up the following business day. FedEx attempts to pick up the package three (3) times. If FedEx is unable to pick up the package after the third attempt, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to our manufacturing facility at your own expense and within a timely manner.
If a customer rework is received and HeroPetBeds.com deems that said product is correct according to the original customer order, the customer will incur any and all charges associated with returning the product back to the customer.
Order Not Received
Shipping time can vary between approximately two-seven (2-7) business days from the date of shipment. If you were shipped an order and have not received it after twenty (20) business days from the time you received your tracking information, please contact HeroPetBeds.com immediately. Once we have been notified, we can start a claim with our shipper to locate your order. HeroPetBeds.com must be notified of undelivered orders within thirty (30) business days from the date of shipment in order to file a claim with our shipper. HeroPetBeds.com is not liable for claims made after thirty (30) business days. Claims can take upwards of twenty (20) business days to complete. If the shipper completes its internal investigation and concludes that the order was in fact delivered to the proper address, then HeroPetBeds.com is not responsible and will not be held liable. If the shipper concludes that they have lost your package, HeroPetBeds.com will expedite a replacement order for you.
Stolen Packages
HeroPetBeds.com is not liable for stolen packages. If your package has been deemed stolen, we highly recommend contacting your local police department and filing a police report.
Payment
HeroPetBeds.com custom makes all of our products to your unique specifications. As such, we must require payment in full at the time of order. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Price Adjustments
Pricing displayed on HeroPetBeds.com is in U.S. Dollars. Hero Pet Beds reserves the right to change, adjust or alter pricing on any and all products we offer for sale at any time without any prior notice. Please note that any price adjustments will take effect immediately at the time of change.
Discounts
Sale discounts can only be applied to new orders and cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed. Sale discounts are subject to change without any prior notice. Sale discounts are unavailable for any orders made by template or using C.O.M. Fabric.
Discount Codes
Discount codes can only be applied to new orders and cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed. Discount codes expire after a predetermined date and cannot be used after expiration. HeroPetBeds.com is not responsible for lost or stolen discount codes or codes that have been used without permission.
Credit Card Transactions
All purchases made through HeroPetBeds.com will be charged within 24 hours of the order being placed. The charge applied to your credit card should match the amount on the invoice confirmation that you will be emailed. If you see multiple charges within the first 48 hours of ordering, it is very likely that there was more than one approval. This occurs when credit card companies confirm that you have enough credit to cover your HeroPetBeds.com order more than once. Eventually there will only be one charge for the amount of your order and any additional approvals will disappear. If you do indeed have more than one finished charge, please contact our customer service representatives.
Credit Card Data
With the exception of billing address information, Hero Pet Beds does not store or retain any financial information related to a customer order as a security precaution. All credit card specific information including credit card number, expiration date and security codes are erased immediately after the checkout process has been completed and the order placed. In the event where additional charges need to be processed, a customer service representative will contact you to provide your credit card information via telephone.
Fraudulent Transactions and Chargebacks
Hero Pet Beds takes credit card fraud seriously and will use any and all means at our disposal to prosecute any persons attempting to process a fraudulent credit card through our site to the fullest extent of the law. Any suspected credit card fraud will be immediately reported to all banking institutions associated with the transaction as well as local and federal authorities.
Intentionally reversing credit card charges after receiving a product or service is considered theft. Any wrongful or criminal chargeback will be reported to your credit card company, local authorities and the Federal Bureau of Investigations Department of Justice at http://www.ic3.gov. We will aggressively pursue any and all means to prosecute anyone who attempts to fraudulently use a credit card on our site or commits a fraudulent chargeback.
